GD6-200C給袋式包裝機
本機是在消化和吸（xī）取國內外同類產品的先（xiān）進經驗（yàn）的基礎上（shàng），研製出的新一代產品。它應（yīng）用（yòng）廣泛（fàn），適用於各種物料的包裝。通過與液體灌裝機、組（zǔ）合秤、螺杆秤等（děng）配套使用，可進行液體、粉劑、顆粒、固體等各種物料的包裝，隻需根據不同的物料選擇不同計量充填裝（zhuāng）置即可（kě）。該機采用了國際知名品（pǐn）牌的PLC控製係統和觸（chù）摸屏的操作（zuò）係（xì）統，使用變頻調速裝置,在規定範圍內可隨意調節速度;具有自動檢測功能(如不開袋（dài）或開袋不完整時,不加料（liào）,不熱封,袋子（zǐ）可再（zài）次利用。);當工作氣（qì）壓或加熱管故障時,將有報警提（tí）示。根據生產需要可選擇工位（wèi）要求（如六（liù）工位（wèi），八工位）。本機與（yǔ）物料接觸部位均采用優質不鏽鋼製作。本機符合GMP要求。

This machine is a new generation, based on the experience of the same products home and abroad, this is a new generation.
It is widely used for packing various kinds of materials. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, screw scale, it can pack different materials like liquid, powder, granular, solid and so on.
Using the famous brand PLC and touch screen, it is easy to operate. Frequency control device can adjust the speed optionally in the suitable limit. IF the bag is not opened enough, the automatic detection function will not fill and seal and reuse the bags. It can alarm when the working air pressure and heating pipe have breakdown. According to the capacity, you can choose different working positions like six and eight.
The parts contacting with material use the high quality stainless steel.
